This policy explains how Domra AI handles information when renters and real estate professionals use our website, workflow tools, and optional mailbox connections.
We collect account details, rental preferences, saved listings, workflow activity, and information you submit to Domra. If you connect a mailbox, we receive your mailbox email address, OAuth authorization data, and messages needed to provide the mailbox automation feature.
When you connect Gmail, Domra requests permission to view your email messages and settings. Domra uses this access to monitor new mailbox activity, identify messages from sender domains you enable, and import matching rental leads into your private Domra workflow.
For matching messages, Domra may process and store the sender, subject, message text, listing address, renter name, renter contact information, and other lead details contained in the message. Messages that do not match an enabled sender-domain rule are not imported as leads.
When you connect Google Calendar, Domra reads availability and busy blocks and creates, updates, or removes showing events after an agent confirms or changes a showing.
Domra does not use Gmail access to send, delete, label, modify, or advertise against your Gmail messages.
We use information to operate Domra, authenticate users, rank rentals, create and manage lead records, prepare follow-up workflows, maintain mailbox connections, prevent duplicate imports, troubleshoot errors, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Domra AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Mailbox connections and imported lead records are protected by account-level access controls. We use hosted infrastructure providers to operate the service and limit access to personnel and providers that need it for service delivery, security, or support.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We may share information with infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf, when you direct us to do so, or when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of rights.
We retain connected-mailbox and connected-calendar credentials while the connection is active. Disconnecting access stops future access and disables the stored authorization. Imported lead records may remain in your Domra account until you delete them or request deletion. See our data deletion instructions.
You can change sender-domain rules, disconnect a mailbox, or disconnect Google Calendar from the Email connections page. You can also revoke Domra from your Google Account permissions. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Domra data by contacting us.
