Disconnect mailbox access immediately or request deletion of stored Domra account and mailbox-derived data.
Open Email connections, locate the mailbox, and select Disconnect. Domra stops future mailbox access and disables the stored authorization.
You can also remove Domra from the third-party access section of your Google Account. Revoking access prevents future Google API access.
Email inquiries@domra.ai from the address associated with your Domra account. Include “Domra data deletion request” in the subject. We will verify account ownership and process the request within 30 days, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
A verified deletion request covers connected-mailbox credentials, mailbox rules, mailbox processing records, and mailbox-derived lead data associated with the requesting Domra account.
